Due to environmental influences, automobiles are exposed to an enormous risk of corrosion. Rain, snow and road salts destroy metallic components without effective protection, thereby reducing the value and posing a threat to safe operation of chassis parts and structural elements. LANOLIN-BASED ANTI-RUST AGENTS
products are lanolin-based and therefore they are suitable both as corrosion protection and as lubricants. After application, they form a permanently active protective film which, in addition to the excellent corrosion protection properties, also protects moving parts and electrical contacts through the good lubrication and sliding properties. Especially in the frequently occurring gap areas, the advantages of FLUID FILM products are particularly effective. Thanks to the permanently flexible consistency with the good creep and penetration properties, the FLUID FILM products penetrate into the particularly vulnerable corners, folds and overlapping areas. The residual moisture is displaced, any existing rust is penetrated into the metal and an oxygen-blocking layer is formed. Thus, FLUID FILM fulfils more than the basic prerequisite for effective cavity and underbody protection.
